Direct Fit 79-99 Mustang

The S&W welded frame for the 79-99 Ford Mustang is designed to fit up to 15 x 33 drag tires or 31x18.5 Hoosier street radial tires. This frame comes completely welded with 2 x 3" mandrel formed frame rails, front crossmember, ladder bar front mounts, rear shock crossmember with upper shock mounts and a panhard bar mount and is completely jig-welded at S & W Race Cars to assure proper clearances and ease of installation. The complete rear frame is designed to fit with minimal amount of cutting to the stock floor and retains all stock body and bumper mounts and is designed to be fully installed with minimal amount of cutting to the original frame. This frame must be used with at least a 8 point roll bar for support. The standard package includes our S&W Pro/Series shock & spring kit which is designed specifically for Pro/Street or the ET bracket racer on a limited budget. This kit features standard non-adjustable shocks, PVC coated coil springs (custom matched to your application) and adjustable lower mounts with 5-1/2" of ride height adjustment and all necessary mounting hardware. Externally adjustable Strange Engineering or QA-1 coil over shocks are also available for the racer desiring the maximum in adjustability.
