Will this motor plate fit the stock unibody (H body) chevy vega

It will fit, but when we measures the car, the motor was in position based on an after-market engine swap kit. It may not place the motor at the height you need. I suggest you use the universal plate 20-201 or 20-201P

Will this motor plate fit with factory frame rails?

It does fit factory frame rails but usually the universal plate 20-202 gives you more adjustments
