Terms
All merchandise is counted and cleared by quality control prior to shipment. Claims for damage, shortage and loss in transit must be made immediately with the freight carrier. Claims for shortage must be made to S & W Race Cars within 5 days of receipt.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice! We cannot accept responsibility for errors in content or pricing.
Returns
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization! Special orders are not returnable. All return shipments must be prepaid. A 20% handling charge will be applied to any returns. No cash refunds. Credit card refunds 5-7 days to process. No returns accepted 30 days after the invoice date.
Special Orders
All special orders must be 100% pre-paid and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders Outside the Continental United States
All orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. PayPal, Money Orders or Credit Card payment is preferred. Freight charges must be prepaid. Please call for freight charges. Canadian orders are subject to brokerage & GST fees.
Truck Freight
All merchandise shipped by truck must be paid in full before the order can be shipped. Payment by money order or credit card is preferred. Due to more costly residential delivery charges imposed by most motor freight charges, it is preferable to ship all truck freight items to a business address. Handling Fees, Drop Ship & Hazmat Fees may apply to individual items. Your S&W Sales Representative will make you aware of the applicable fees when your order is placed.
Claims

Refused Shipments
All expenses resulting from a refused shipment, regardless of reason, will be the responsibility of the customer. Notice will be sent regarding this amount and the amount will be carried as a balance due. Further shipments will not be made until S&W is reimbursed for the expense.
Shipping Info
All orders over $500.00 require a signature at the delivery address.
Disclaimer
By their very nature, competition components are constantly pushed to their limits. While our components are designed to withstand intense race conditions, it is impossible to control the quality of installation or the varying conditions in which they are used. It for this reason that absolutely no warranty or guarantee is either written or implied. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage or injury – direct or indirect – arising from use of or inability to determine the use of any product.
Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
S & W Race Cars makes no guarantee as to the legality for any specific class. S & W Race Cars makes no claims nor does it intend its products to be used in street driven vehicles. Unless specified as such, the parts in our catalog are not bolt on items – the user must have some fabrication skills!
S&W Race Cars reserves the right to make changes in design, or add to, or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on product previously manufactured. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold S&W Race Cars harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of an incident to the Buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from S&W Race Cars.
